  I believe everything said was actually very reasonable.
  However, consider this, suppose you were to create a awesome headline?
  I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your website, but suppose you added a post title that grabbed
  a person's attention? I mean Doctor or Assistant Doctor?
  is a little boring. You could look at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create
  post titles to grab viewers to open the links.
  You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab readers excited about what
  you've written. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.
